Generate and print your prepaid USPS or UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a copy will also be sent to your registered email address.

Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit, and affix the return label to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
